Glenn Martin
Managing Director/Construction Manager
Glenn has over 30 years building knowledge and is generally the first person on-site to measure and quote your project. You can feel safe in the knowledge and experience that Glenn has with his team and tradespeople behind him to get your project done.
Glenn has been surrounded by the construction industry his whole life. He is the founder of IBuild Queensland, being a family owned and operated company he is very hands on with all projects ensuring he is delivering a high-quality job and the satisfaction of meeting our customer’s needs and expectations.
His passion for his company and helping others turn their dreams in to reality is second to none. His honest, down-to-earth nature, high standards and excellent rapport with clients and trades alike has made Glenn and the team at IBuild the trusted builder of choice for many new home builds and renovations.

Luke Gregory
Head Carpenter
Luke has been with the IBuild team for the past 7 years and brings over 20 years building knowledge and experience to the team. Luke is our main man on all jobs and is thought of very highly by our customers. His personality and jovial ways make each job a pleasure for our customers.

Jim Martin
Building Estimator/Supervisor
Jim has over 40 years of building experience and is the primary person to manage the building process in the Brisbane/Gold Coast. You can feel safe in the knowledge that Jim has and the experience and tradespeople behind him to get your project done.
Jim is the older brother of Glenn and they have worked together for the past 10years.
